The Marketing Manager will help continue to grow the reach and quality of our campaigns to better serve our markets.

  • Manage company marketing team to maximize our marketing reach efficiently and effectively for company growth.
  • Work with the team to conduct research and analyze customer behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends, and preferences).
  • Manage marketing budget based on marketing analysis to optimize lead and customer acquisition costs.
  • Creatively envision macro and micro needs in order to design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee generation of media content such as blog posts, op-eds, press releases, and other written content to garner industry attention and thought leadership.
  • Work with the team on generating earned media on key customer projects, local energy policy, and other events to show industry leadership in company markets.
  • Manage effective tracking systems for all marketing activities to identify trends to improve marketing efficacy and improve customer acquisition.
  • Ensure the team consistently generates clear product marketing copy for customer communication, education, and acquisition.
  • Work with the Communications Coordinator to prepare for local events such as home shows, tradeshows, and conferences.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the company websites to improve content for customers while maximizing the use of keywords to enhance SEO.
  • Oversight and administration of company CRM and marketing software to ensure teams provide and deliver quality information to further marketing and customer acquisition efforts.
  • The Marketing Manager may also be required to perform other Duties as Assigned but that are not yet determined. Duties may evolve over time as the business also evolves, processes are improved, products are introduced, etc.

The right candidate will work with the company President to develop marketing strategies and campaigns and then take on projects to execute the vision clearly and efficiently.

Journeyman Electrician

Do you have prior experience with electrical construction in both Residential and Commercial settings? Do you have experience installing new circuits or swapping panels or a passion for troubleshooting and serving electrical systems? Solar can be the industry to provided that to you. With opportunities in the renewable energy industry for licensed electricians like you here at Granite State Solar.

You must be highly motivated to learn, grow and teach others while having a mindset of being goal orientated and key part of a team. We will work with you and guide you through all the skills in our rapidly growing trade.

As a Journeyman Electrician you will work with our Master Electrician and solar PV installation team to support electrical equipment, solar battery installations, loading/unloading equipment, installing conduit, roof wiring, and cable management duties.


  • You must have an exemplary working knowledge of the National Electric Codes (NEC)
  • Your Journeyman license required.
  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • OSHA 10 card, or ability to obtain it.
  • You must have and maintain a clean and valid driver’s record.
  • Must be able to comfortably lift 75lbs, climb ladders, work on roofs and in crawl spaces, and work outside during both hot and cold temperatures.
  • Having a familiarity with hand tools, simple power tools and basic construction technique is helpful.
  • Ability to work well with and manage others in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent attendance is crucial for the overall success of the team.

Compensation: Includes a base hourly wage plus weekly travel allowance, with a performance review and potential increase after 90 days.

Licensed Journeyman Electrician, $36-$42 hourly

Licensed Master Electrician, $40-$50 hourly
